Components of MAP:

Understanding your business objectives

Perform a needs analysis of the current environment (customers, products, primary & secondary competitors)

Identify skills needed to be successful in your company’s unique environment

Focus learning and development on competency gaps and incorporate “Best of Breed” concepts to drive the learning

Map out on-going reinforcement mechanisms prior to delivery of the first learning program

Integrate multiple learning styles into the content to be delivered to ensure all participants understand the message

Experienced facilitators drive learning by putting themselves at risk during the groups learning and discovery process. This stimulates the learning group to stay actively engaged and drives adoption and retention
